LOCATIONS: Office and warehouse located in downtown Rochester. Centrally located and owned by Buckpitt & Co. Sales office in Buffalo and Syracuse.
SALES & TECHNICAL STAFF: Large experienced sales staff available over the phone, at the counter, on site. Servicemen available for troubleshooting, system improvements, and emergency repair. Available on 24 hour basis if necessary.
TEST FACILITIES: Test facility for checking Fireye and Honeywell relays, programmers, and associated controls including computer printouts on microprocessor controls.
SCHOOLING: Training and instruction sessions on boilers, burners, controls, and related equipment for contractors and owners.
